If you are a Carer of a person with a disability, we can support you. This can include help with future/short-term planning, service co-ordination, practical house help, or simply giving you the time to take a short break from your caring role. We offer short-term or longer term support based on your needs.
All McArthur Disability Care professionals require a stringent 30 point quality check and a minimum of six months Disability Care industry experience.
We psychometrically profile all our Support Workers to ensure risk is minimised and they are the ideal match – both personally and professionally – for our clients’ needs.
We also deliver a range of highly informed and relevant training options that help increase staff performance, improve WorkSafe practices and reduce recruitment costs.
Your feedback, negative or positive, is important to our continuous improvement. So we'd love to hear how we are doing.
