All candidates are required to complete a Working with Children Check and prior to becoming active on our Temporary staff roster, a McArthur candidate completes a comprehensive induction program which encompasses professional practice, the quality and legislative framework for early and middle childhood programs and
Workplace Health and Safety. Additionally, all McArthur candidates are required to comply with the ECA Code of Ethics and the McArthur Code of Conduct.
