Your focus will be on the Local Government/Executive sectors with a strong emphasis on identifying and converting your own new business opportunities, developing high quality talent pipelines and further building existing client relationships. You will be involved in the every stage of the recruitment process - from initial client liaison and candidate sourcing to interviewing, shortlisting and post-placement reviews.
An exceptional track record in recruiting for the Government and/or wider public sector will have given you the industry understanding, client and candidate networks to really make the role your own.
