This privately owned and operated service committed to and supporting a strong sense of community and family involvement.

This 'EXCEEDING', 90 place centre hosts 6 play rooms and caters for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Situated in the Inner West, operating 50 weeks of the year, this position is full-time working in the Toddler Room.

As the Early Childhood Teacher you will work collaboratively with the team to support stimulating programs for children in the 2-3 room. You will establish meaningful partnerships with families and the community where quality practice underpins the relationships. You will have excellent communication skills; able to lead by example and be an effective change agent. An eye and passion for creating beautiful environments that promotes children's learning and sense of belonging is key to your success.

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or similar) recognised by ACECQA
  • Strong previous experience in an Early Childhood setting
  • Engagement and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
  • Knowledge and practice with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Current working with children check number and clearance
  • Approved Asthma, Anaphylaxis, First Aid Training or commitment to undertake training
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work cooperatively and cohesively with teams
