At this key time of change and growth, Wyndham are looking to appoint a Coordinator Strategic Property Management.

This pivotal role will see you tighten up the operational nuts and bolts of the team including improving reporting, systems, documents, policies and procedures.

Other responsibilities include:-

• Identify, implement and review strategies to improve service quality

• Develop and implement strategies to optimise the use and return on the property portfolio

• Lead and develop a small team committed to service excellence

This is an exciting role that will allow you to change the direction of the team in moving beyond the transactional focus and providing a more strategic proposal across the Organisation.

To be successful in this role you will have a deep knowledge base of statutory planning and experience in property management. Your ability to understand legal systems and processes used as well as practical experience in title searches will be essential. You will have exceptional research and analytical skills and a drive to motivate and engage the team into being a proactive, customer centric division.
