This well established organisation is seeking to source an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will be required to deliver key strategic initiatives in the Product team. This role will have a big focus on the scoping, development and roll out of specific areas of their 3 year strategy, as well as management of related inputs into other key Product projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate will project manage across three key work streams:

  • Migration of back book of loan
  • Exploration of new platform options for key loan book
  • Support to introduce differential pricing mechanism for flagship loan products

Other responsibilities for the role:

  • Development of business cases
  • Business solution ownership of one or more development streams, being accountable for requirements definition, incremental milestones, initiative delivery and quality of the outcome
  • Undertake business requirements analysis and documentation for assigned initiatives
  • Collaboration and co-ordination with internal staff and external partners to ensure quality outcomes are achieved in accordance with the project schedule
  • Preparation of supporting documentation for Learning & Development Team
  • Provide general project support and assist in upskilling staff across the business
  • Other related duties


  • Financial services industry is mandatory, with mortgage loan experience
  • Previous experience in Business Analysis and Project Management will be highly regarded
  • Extremely strong negotiation and stakeholder management / Influencing skills is essential
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to be adaptable and use your initiative
  • Impeccable teamwork
