Due to a surge in passenger growth more transportation services are required. We are seeking a team that can assist and provide information to these changes to the public for a 14 day period. You will attend training and be continuously briefed with any changes in order to assist and provide the customers with the correct information and a high level of customer service.
We require you to be placed at any of the below locations for 6 hour shifts per day:
We are seeking a proactive and confident team that is reliable and has had experience working in a customer service based role. It is desirable (however not mandatory) for candidates that are bi-lingual.
To join our team you must have a passion for helping and assisting with customers and must possess excellent communication skills. Being able to work as part of a supportive team is vital.
