In the role of Quality Co-ordinator you will have the opportunity to drive "best practice" policies throughout Home Care Services.

This is a part time position , working three days a week. There will be some local and interstate travel required.

Day to day responsibilities of the role include:

  • Customer Satisafaction- surveying home care employees, service providers, clients and carers
  • Review of survey results and making recommendations for improved quality of service
  • Reporting of quality activities for Packages and service divisions of Home Care
  • Liaising with key stakeholders within the organisation re the ongoing review of services.

We are looking for people with:

  • Tertiary Qaulifications- Nursing, Allied Health Social Work or other realted disciplines
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Valid National Police check
  • Demonstrated understanding of Home Care Packages Guidelines, Current Aged Care legislation
  • Demonstrated strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Carelink + a distinct advantage
