For over 142 years our client has been a dynamic and innovative organisation, championing the rights of children, women and families, protecting children at risk, and guiding families as they build their strength, skills and confidence to create a more positive future for themselves. Our services are unique in NSW, and are accessed by over 2,600 children with one third of our services directed to children with additional needs or living in vulnerable circumstances.
As a member of our Ashfield team, you will play a key role in helping provide a responsive environment that supports all our children's well-being, relationships and learning with an emphasis on intentional teaching, partnerships and critical reflection.
A minimum Cert III (Children's Services) and a current Senior First Aid Certificate are essential. Your experience working with children from birth to school age will have given you an excellent understanding of contemporary holistic ECE practices, Child Protection training and ideally a knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
This is an exceptional opportunity to further develop your career and to have a genuine influence on children's well-being with a unique service totally committed to their 'each child, every opportunity' vision.
