As the Business looks to the future and it's 2020 vision, an exciting opportunity exists for an Executive Assistant to be part of this journey.

Our client is looking for a strategic and experienced Executive Assistant to support a General Manager and Senior Stake Holders to provide a high level of support. Some of the key responsibilities will include;

  • Arrange meetings to maximise the effectiveness of the day and week with a balance between BAU, projects and high priorities
  • Work with the GM to finalise and submit the Business Plans
  • Book travel requirements as required by the GM and by members of the team
  • Collate agenda items and follow up action items for team meetings
  • Act as a point of contact for the business when key team members are requiring support
  • Maximise the effectiveness of processes and administrative support through the design and implementation of efficient work flows
  • Personally deliver and in turn set a standard of outstanding customer contact & experience
  • Provide document preparation, and administrative support through effective use of Microsoft Office 365 programs, Tech1, Promaster, FCM, One Note and One Drive
  • Work as an effective member of the EA team by sharing best practice and ensuring effective coordination of executive team responsibilities
  • Provide administrative/project support to the team members on a case by case basis as agreed with the GM
  • Assist the events team with regular events
  • Coordinate the agenda, room/venue booking, catering, room configuration, minute-taking

This is a challenging and fast-paced management position that would suit an experienced, strategic yet hands-on Executive Assistant with a sound understanding of managing a General Manager. The role will be critical to the business and will play a critical role in partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. The opportunity will be a blend of traditional executive support duties, stakeholder engagement and organising events & workshops.
