The emphasis will be on building a performance-based culture based on accountability, risk management and strong governance while key deliverables include overseeing the maintenance and management of an integrated HR information system, in-depth needs analysis and the continuous improvement of a comprehensive HR policy framework.
Your impressive senior track record and strong strategic focus will have given you extensive hands-on experience across all aspects of a large-scale, contemporary HR function. You will also have the confidence and professionalism to build effective
communication channels with both your own teams and a broad range of political, community and customer-based stakeholders.
