Services are delivered across residential and community aged care, day centres, transitional care and retirement living.
The Program Manager will work in conjunction with the Regional Manager to lead the development and operational management of centre-based community Social Support and Allied Health services to older people and their families living in the community. This position will have management of Social Support services across the central east and southern metropolitan Melbourne regions, providing leadership of social support and Allied Heath operations to ensure provision of high quality centre based services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing fee for service approaches in your region and ensure that the programs operate within resources frameworks and financial targets.
