Our client is a leading Australian software company, providing business management systems to a range of industries for over 18 years. Some of the key industries they work in are finance, defence, health and government. They have recently launched a new area of the business focused on assisting NDIS providers in managing compliance and complexities of the NDIS.

This role is integral in leading and supporting an energetic team, especially in this critical period of growth for the division. You will drive sales initiatives by winning and retaining a share of the NDIS Service Provider market.

Reporting to the Head of Target Markets you will also manage a small team of technical writers, customer service representatives and marketers to drive expected growth.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Identifying new opportunities for growth in current markets
  • Managing and leading a small team
  • Help define, develop and execute a marketing plan for customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Facilitate and lead on-boarding of new customers to platform
  • Collaborate with the broader team including marketing, product and business advisors
  • Meeting revenue targets
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer service
  • Act as an escalation point for major issues and to assist in resolving problems

You will be customer focused, highly motivated and detail oriented with 3 -10 years' experience in managing teams and working in a fast-paced sales/customer service environment.
