A very unique opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly energetic individual to join their Alexandria Head Office team. A diverse role, you will not only be a customer service representative but also act as Personal Assistant to the Director of Transport.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Liaising with clients & team members on behalf of the Director of Transport and being alert and responsive to client enquiries
  • Pro-actively assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports and agenda's
  • Organise travel, car & accommodation to ensure a seamless journey for the Director
  • Acting as point of contact for the Director including prioritizing and editing correspondence and ensuring matters arising are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • Processing expense claims for the Director
  • Coordinating events and meetings
  • Attend team meetings, take minutes and send out follow up actions
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Preparing client documentation
  • Diary management
  • Provide general administrative support across the team
  • Project support work as required by the team
  • Liaising with EA's within the business
  • Daily management of one of DBS accounts
  • Liaise between multiple parties in order to provide a resolution to the client.
  • B2C and B2B customer service aspect via phone
  • General Customer Service duties
  • Participate in various projects during the year as they arise
  • Ad hoc duties as required
