Revenue and Receivables Officer

Our client provides a wide variety of services across aged care, retirement living, disability services, early learning, counselling and foster care.

Working with the Parramatta based finance team, you will be responsible for transactional processing, accrual and reconciliation activities related to Accounts Receivable. This includes:

  • Setting up fees & Charges for aged care clients
  • Processing billing adjustments for rate changes and client movements
  • Setting up direct debit in People Point system
  • Preparing and processing weekly refunds to clients
  • Processing internal client recharges
  • Assisting with month end tasks
  • Attaching documents to client profile
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and other teams in finance department

You will possess a relevant tertiary qualification and approximately 3 years' experience in a billings capacity. In addition, strong communication skills and the ability to work 'hands on' is a must as is attention to detail.
