The role of Chief Financial Officer will deliver modern and innovative finance and governance services to create a dynamic and change ready organisation. The Chief Financial Officer will foster, support and drive a culture of continuous improvement with a key focus on developing the accountabilities, skills, agility and capabilities of staff, whilst creating and sustaining a dynamic team that safeguards the financial integrity of Council and excels in the delivery of our customers’ experience.

This position also oversees effective governance policies and systems to ensure appropriate procedures are formulated and implemented.

To be successful in this role you should be appropriately qualified with a proven track record in delivering financial strategies and policies that enable the business to make sound business decisions.

You will make a significant contribution right across the organisation by building relationships and supporting our entire management team. You will also be a key member of the executive leadership team.
