This position will oversee Frankston City Council’s business transformation program and as a result will touch all areas of the organisation as we review the way in which we provide our services, ensuring they are contemporary and appropriate for the future expectations of our community. As well as looking at streamlining our process and improving our systems we are keen to focus on the culture of the organisation to ensure our people are smart, safe, productive and happy.
Your focus will include:
• Drive Council’s business transformation and customer experience agenda to provide excellent services and a high performing organisation.
• To build an understanding of the level of importance of business transformation, culture and customer experience across the Executive management team, Council employees, Councillors and the community.
• Proactively market Council’s transformation with a focus on representing and promoting Frankston City Council at every opportunity to local government, other levels of government, associations and the community.
To be successful in this role you will balance your focus of providing outstanding corporate and cultural change while leading a commercially minded, engaged team that contribute broadly to all programs and projects at Frankston City Council.
